Billing & Payments
Reyaa Technologies and Revogix Technologies LLC operate as partner entities: Reyaa Technologies is the development partner for Revogix Technologies, responsible for the design, development, and delivery of all services, while Revogix Technologies LLC is the billing partner for Reyaa Technologies, handling invoicing and payment processing for its US-based clients.

1. Engagement & Statements of Work (SOW)
All engineering and consulting engagements between clients and Reyaa Technologies are governed by mutually agreed Statements of Work (SOW) or sprint service agreements. Each SOW defines the project scope, technical deliverables, milestones, 14-day sprint intervals, and associated compensation schedules.
- Scope changes or backlog additions are managed via sprint planning and documented revision agreements.
- Deliverables undergo collaborative staging verification prior to production rollout.
2. Intellectual Property & 100% Code Ownership
We operate with complete ownership transparency. Upon full settlement of corresponding invoices, the client retains 100% exclusive ownership of all custom code, repository commits, application architectures, database schemas, and proprietary assets created under the engagement.
Reyaa Technologies retains rights only to its pre-existing open-source toolings, public libraries, or generic software frameworks utilized during development, granting the client a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them within the delivered solution.
3. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We treat all client data, business logic, system credentials, customer databases, and proprietary algorithms with strict confidentiality under enforceable bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
Neither Reyaa Technologies nor Revogix Technologies LLC will sell, disclose, or train public AI models on proprietary client codebases or private operational data.
4. Invoicing, Remittance & Currency Terms
Invoices are issued according to the milestones or monthly retainer schedules specified in the active client agreement.
Invoices are issued by and payable to Revogix Technologies LLC via USD ACH transfer, domestic wire, or approved corporate card gateways.
Invoices are processed in accordance with international currency agreements and direct bank wire protocols designated on the invoice statement.
5. Warranties & Engineering Support
All custom deliverables include a post-deployment warranty period (as designated in the SOW) covering bug fixes, configuration anomalies, and performance stabilization for code authored by Reyaa Technologies.
Except as explicitly stated in an active service agreement, services are delivered following modern software engineering industry standards, without implied guarantees regarding third-party API availability, external hosting outages, or changes to third-party AI model parameters.
